Since they sent the correct belt saving me most of the cost of a new bike, I am very satisfied with their performance. I have a 10 year old elliptical that had a part go out on it, but is otherwise in great shape. Rather than spending hundreds to replace the elliptical I found a part on this site for $40 and got it back up and running.
